When you just need a little indulgence but don’t want the temptation of a large cheesecake in the fridge. I just love eating it straight from my JSK Cup too and it saves lots of washing up!

What You’ll Need

75 gms cream cheese (about 4 tbspns) 

2 tablespoons plain yoghurt

2 tablespoons sugar (or equivalent sugar sweetener)

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Topping e.g. thawed frozen or fresh berries

 

Equipment Used : Spoon, Measuring spoon, JSK Collapsible Cup with Lid

Step 1 - Prepare

Microwave the cream cheese for 20 seconds to soften in the JSK cup. 

Then add the yogurt, vanilla and sugar and mix with spoon or fork to combine.

Then add the egg and stir until smooth.

Step 2 – Cook

Place cup in the microwave with the lid positioned on top on an angle allowing air to ventilate whilst preventing batter spattering everywhere.

Microwave for 1 minute at full power. Pause, then microwave for another minute, 20 seconds at a time to prevent the batter from overheating and splattering.

Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy straight from the cup! 🙂
